A Multicultural & Bilingual Foundation

Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Long Island University, where her graduate studies emphasized multicultural and multilingual assessment and intervention.

She also earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology and Spanish from Queens College, City University of New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Alexandra understands the linguistic and cultural dynamics many families experience when raising children in multilingual environments.

This perspective allows VoxLingua Health to provide culturally responsive and bilingual services designed to support real-world communication across languages and environments.

Leadership & Clinical Experience

Alexandra brings a diverse clinical background shaped by experience across hospital settings, outpatient clinics, and early childhood programs.

She has extensive experience evaluating and treating children with a wide range of communication needs, including social communication, speech sound development, fluency, feeding, and developmental differences.

Her work reflects a strong emphasis on functional communication, social-emotional language, and culturally responsive care, ensuring that each child’s communication skills are supported across real-life environments
.
Throughout her career, Alexandra has also taken on clinical leadership roles, supervising speech-language pathology assistants, mentoring clinicians, coordinating care teams, and supporting the implementation of evidence-based therapeutic practices.

As an independent provider and founder of VoxLingua Health, she brings this experience into a care model that is both structured and human-centered. Her approach prioritizes:

  • High-quality, comprehensive evaluations

  • Evidence-based, individualized therapy

  • Collaboration with families as active partners

The VoxLingua Philosophy:

At VoxLingua Health, therapy is guided by our signature philosophy: B³

— Build, Believe, Become.

BUILD

We build strong developmental foundations for communication, learning, and confidence.

BELIEVE

We believe every child has the potential to grow, communicate, and connect with the world around them.

BECOME

Through guidance, support, and evidence-based therapy, children become the most confident and capable versions of themselves.

The B³ philosophy shapes every interaction at VoxLingua Health ,from evaluations and therapy sessions to caregiver education and home strategies.

A Whole-Child Approach

At VoxLingua Health, we take a whole-child approach to development, recognizing that communication is closely connected to a child’s social, emotional, and environmental experiences.

Through dynamic evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and meaningful caregiver collaboration, therapy is designed to extend beyond the clinic and into everyday life.

Families are not simply observers in the process—they are essential partners.

Together, we support each child’s growth, helping them build the skills they need to communicate with confidence and thrive in their daily environments.

"When children build strong foundations, believe in their abilities,

and grow with the right support,

they can truly become who they are meant to be."
